Design-to-code
Productized
Building this site with Claude Code
The making of a personal site designed as a manifesto, not a portfolio. The project started as a code-first learning experience with Claude Code, then continued with Codex. That move from one agent to another became proof: the method holds when the experience becomes a system, documented voice, hooks, CI, translation, Vercel, SEO, real production. What matters here is not that AI can produce code, but what has to sit around it for that code to carry an intention over time.

AI orchestration
Productized
Directing AI, not coding in its place
Rebuilding a product by directing AI end to end, and measuring that direction the way you measure a product: 21,458 directed AI actions over a four-month window, five directing verbs, a system of guardrails. The bet: prove that orchestration is a method, not a stroke of luck.

Premier Push: from workshop to method
The design story of a 3.5-hour code-first workshop: every designer on the team reimagines the PrestaShop dashboard with PUIK and Claude Code, on their own branch, then makes their first Git push. The opening bet: a transformation does not get transmitted by telling the story, it gets transmitted by making people live it.
